Summary

This is the second part of Dr. Wilson’s presentation from December 19th.

In the last few decades, scientists have become increasingly aware of the fact that the laws of physics seem precisely “fine-tuned” for the existence of complex life. In this lesson we will define over twenty processes and events that are necessary for life on Earth.

This series will demonstrate that the Earth and its local environment provide a delicate and exceedingly rare place for complex life.

The presentation slides are below (same as the previous week). Sorry, there is no audio for this lecture.
